Conditions for the correct cooperation of the district heating substation with the air conditioning system of the operating blocks in a hospital

Abstract

The article presents the specificity of designing district heating substation (DHS) cooperating with the air heating system in the air conditioning systems of hospital operating blocks. The following specific problems are highlighted: selection of heat exchangers according to the heat power balance in the context of the use of heat exchangers with high-efficiency heat recovery in ventialion and air conditioning systems, selection of the elements of the DHS, taking into account significant and rapid changes in heat power demand, protection of the air heating installation and the DHS against jumps of operating parameters, selection of the correct power supply scheme for heaters and control elements from the point of view of the precision of air parameters and from the point of view of the proper functioning of the DHS, protection of the air heating installation against the influence of low ambient temperature. The conditions that should be met not only by the heat substation, but also by the air conditioning installation are given.
