Abstract

The article presents selected technologies used for repair of pressure pipelines, with particular emphasis on water pipelines. The basic principles for designing linings, sleeves, seals, clamps, etc. are discussed. Additionally, the article inroduces a proposed data sheet for water pipeline selected for repair, as well as guidelines to facilitate the description of defects and/or imperfections occuring in them. The information provided in the article may prove useful, among other things, in planning the repair of water pipelines
