Abstract

The article addresses the problem of analyzing local geological, hydrogeological, wind and solar conditions in the area of the Central Communication Port (CCP). This was done with the aim of effectively using local energy resources to build low-emission and energy-efficient energy supply systems for building and transport infrastructure in this area. It was found that when starting the design and conceptual work on the CCP, no full analysis of local renewable energy resources (RES) contained in the ground, water, air, as well as solar energy was carried out, which indicates an information gap in the scope of the possibilities of using available energy resources in this project. It was found that in the CCP area, the most promising source of energy is geothermal energy, the resources of which are so large that they can become an ecological and cheap source of thermal energy, intended not only for heating rooms but also runways. The Central Communication Port has the potential to become a symbol of a modern approach to energy. With
intelligent energy management systems, renewable energy sources and the pursuit of climate neutrality, this project can become a model for future initiatives in sustainable development, energy efficiency and environmental protection.
